1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with no signs of use or damage. You must provide proof of purchase. The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
